Can anyone tell me how I can access Declaration of Intent and/or Alien Registration cards for 1915 - 1930's for Lake Co.? I believe the person I am searching for did not obtain his citizenship, so I am not looking for completed naturalization records. Thanks - Sue Bennis Westlake, OH
