I was going to request some death records through the Lake COunty Health Department. On-line I noted that their fee was $4.00 per record ordered. When I called to them I got an automated message saying the fee was $7.00. First question is which is true? The next is do they have to have a date of death. I do not have a date and was hoping this would help, but do not know if they will do a search for it and if so is that extra. If anyone can give infomation it would be appreciated. Matt Halton
