Once again I find myself getting more and more information. With the help and generosity of Dave I got a copy of my grandfather's first marriage. I found today on the Internet her full name along with birth and death dates. I also learnt that she had remarried and moved to another state California. Which would make it her 3rd marriage. The information on the Internet had it as her first marriage. On the copy of the marriage license I have, it has her as having been married once before, divorced in 1931, I would like to find out to whom. The information I found on the Internet was from a Louis Schwartz, email address was [email protected] and showed an update of Nov. 1 2001. But the email I sent was sent back. So I guess he no longer has an email or has had it changed. Her name is Jane Dextor BILBO. She married my grandfather - pregnant - on Dec. 2, 1933. They divorced in 1934. Jane then married, for the 3rd time to Werner "Jack" George MALTE on Jan 5 1935 in Montrose, Penn. They moved sometime to Thousand Palm, California where they later died. Prior to Jane's marriage to Werner she gave birth to a son while married to my grandfather William Harry SKINNER. It was said to be his in one story and another told by him was that he felt sorry for her and it was not his and just married her to give the child a name. In either case I am sure it was his. I would like to find out the name of the son born in that time span of Dec 1933 to 1934 . If any of the information above sounds familiar at all please contact me.
