If anyone can give me some help on finding a birth of a son from my grandfather William Harry SKINNER in I believe is Valapariso, Porter Indiana I would greatly appreciate it. I know I am going to have to get either the birth certificate or my grandfathers marriage bond from the health department or court house because it is around 1930's since there is hardly any info. for that time. I think he was married to a Jane BILOU. Although it was said it was BIMBO. I cannot find anything on the internet to give me any kind of information or dates so I can give a date to the person at the right departments to look it up. It would have been his first marriage. My grandfather was born in Valapariso, but I guess it's possible he could have gotten married some other county or town. According to family history, she was already pregnant when they had gotten married. They had one son. He married to my grandmother sometime before 1937 because my Mom said they were married a couple of years before they had her, which was in 1937. Is anyone up for this challenge? God Bless Pam
