The Hammond Times Indiana Sept. 17, 1940 Mr. and Mrs. Walter WAGONER, Sr. and Walter, Jr., have returned from Massillon, O., where they were called by the death of Mr. WAGONER'S father, Charles WAGONER. Mr. WAGONER, who was 71 years old passed away after a brief illness. He was prominent in the city of Massillon, being vice president and general manager of the Ideal Company and he had been in the dry goods business for over 50 years. He was a member of many clubs and had served as an elder in the Presbyterian church for 40 years. The funeral was held in Massillon Saturday. Walter WAGONER, Jr. was one of the pallbearers.
