Hi, I am looking for information on the descendants of Melvin and Verna (STRONG) GUERNSEY. Melvin GUERNSEY was b. 11 Oct 1891, d. Nov. 1977 in Lake County, IN. married 17 Aug. 1910 in Lake County, Indiana to Verna STRONG, daughter of Thomas and Phoebe (HOLLISTER) STRONG. Verna was b.15 Dec. 1892, d. Aug. 1891. Melvin and Verna were living in Lake County at the time of the 1920 and 1930 census, and likely lived there until Melvin died. They had two sons: 1. Ira GUERNSEY b. 7 Nov 1912 2. Wayne GUERNSEY b. 15 Nov 1915 Who did Ira and Wayne marry? Did they have children? I would be interested in finding and sharing information with someone who has done research on this family.
