My grandfather William Harry SKINNER was born 27 June 1909 in Valparasio Porter Indiana and only had one child being my mother. However he was married before to a Jane BILBOU or BIMBO and had a son. I have been trying to locate this person because my mother is an only child and would love to hear from her half brother.
