The Vidette-Messenger Indiana Feb. 4, 1966 Obits Chesterton Mrs. Victoria Mc GROARTY, 92, RFD 1, Chesterton, died Thursday at the Porter Memoria hospital. She had suffered a fractured hip in a fall about three weeks ago. She was born in Poznan, Germany, Dec. 17, 1873. Mrs. McGroarty has resided in the Chesterton area for 40 years, coming from Whiting. Survivors: Daughters: Mrs. Elizabeth AINSLEE, Chesterton Mrs. Martha KASHAK, Whiting Mrs. Claire KROEGER, Ukiah, Calif. Mrs. Margaret FRALEY, Hoopeston, Ill. Mrs. Frances MROZINSKI, Rolling Prairie Sons: Carl of Maywood, Calif. Edward, Chesterton Joe L., Munster Twenty nine grandchildren; sixty great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Services Saturday at St. Patrick's catholic church with Rev. Ralph G. Hoffman officiating. Burial will be in St. Patrick's cemetery. White funeral home.
