The Vidette-Messenger Indiana August 14, 1973 Obits Mrs. Joseph HORN Mrs. Irene RUGE HORN 75, of 504 Napoleon, died Monday in a Chicago hospital. Born here Feb. 3, 1898, she was the daughter of Claus and Abbe (OHLFEST) RUGE. She was married to Joseph HORN Jan. 19, 1922 in Valparaiso. He died in 1955. A member of St. Paul's Catholic church, Oasis Club, Alter Rosary Society and the Valparaiso Women's Club, she was a graduate of Valparaiso University. Survivors: Daughters: Mrs. Joan BURT of Houston Mrs. Ralph (Mary) TAYLOR of Indianapolis Sisters: Mrs. Charles NUPPNAU of Valparaiso Mrs. DeForest BUCKMASTER of Jamestown, N. Y. Services Thursday at the Dykes funeral home and St. Paul's Church with Msgr. John J. Charlebois officiating. Burial in St. Paul cemetery.
