HART of Crown Point transacted business in our town yesterday. Messrs. Frank and Jacob SCHOLL of Schererville were here on business yesterday. A pleasant, cooling rain relieved the pressing heat that came on us suddenly. J. J. GEILMAN and John KEILMAN put up new awnings on their business houses this week. Nick KAISER, Andy PESCHEL and John BURGE took a pleasure trip to Chicago yesterday to see a ball game. Weather being favorable, the tilers on the HART farm put in the largest days' work thus far this spring. Jos. PESCHEL, our hardware dealer was busy yesterday putting new eaves troughs on Jos. SCHALLER's saloon.
