I don't know about specific Amish settlements or meetinghouses in LaGrange County, but they surely must be there. Several years ago, I had the opportunity to visit the city of LaGrange, where my gg grandparents had settled in the 1840s. The court house is a beautiful old building. At the rear are enormous parking spaces, roomy enough for a horse and buggy to park. I don't have the address of the court house, but it would be worthwhile writing them to pose your question.
