I just read your fabulous work on deeds, cemeteries etc. in early LaGrange Co. My great-great-great grandfather, William Collett, settled on the "How Patch" in LaGrange Co. in 1836. Do you have records of when he purchased land or other info. We have copy of 1840 Census? Anna Mary Swart, my great grand mother "has the distinction of being the first born in Eden township." History of LaGrange and Noble County, Indiana (Page 188.) I have a picture of the house she was born in. Her father and mother were William and Julia Maxwell Swart. Do you have info on when they purchase land etc.? I have a lot more material on the family and a good many pictures. I will be glad to share them with you.
