In the new issue of Heritage Quest magazine (March/April 1999, page 50) another on-line resource of Kosciusko County is recognized. In Cyndi Howells'(Cyndislist) "Lineage Links" column, she recognizes the Kosciusko County Index to Early Wills 1844-1920 as amoung the best 9 links for this issue. Excerpting her comments: "This index, compiled by Larry & Cynthia Scheuer, is also available as a publication from the genealogy section of the Kosciusko County Historical Society. The site is arranged with an individual web page by surname for each letter of the alphabet. Each page lists the name of the person, the book number, page number and the original probate date for that person's will. There are also instructions and address information available for ordering copies of the wills from the historical society."
