Hi Brian; Glad to hear you will be stopping in Warsaw during your drive back to CA. I think it would be a good idea to set up an appointment for the Historical Society as they are only open on Tues. and Wed. mornings from 9 to 1. The research library at the society is open on Thur., Fri., Sat. from 10 to 4 and Sun. from 1 to 4 when the museum is open to the public. On Tues. and Wed. only the office is open, but for people coming from out of town they make a special effort to accommodate that visitor. You can reach them at Kos. Co. Hist. Soc., P. O. We are about l hour south of the toll road - get off at the Bristol exit and travel south on St. Rd. 15 through Goshen then on to Warsaw, passing through Leesburg 6 miles short of Warsaw. We have several new motels in Warsaw (Hampton Inn, Holiday Express) plus several others that have been here - such as Royal 8, Days Inn, Dollar Inn and the Ramada which is newly remodeled within the last year. Also a Comfort Inn which is fairly new. These motels are all on the east side of Warsaw and adjacent to U. S. 30. Hope you enjoy your stay in our town and county.
