These charts must show Kosciusko Co. connection either thru birth, marriage or death. Only 5 Generation Charts will be printed (No family Group Sheets). The 5 generation chart is also known as a Pedigree Chart. They are available at any Family History Center for 5 cents each, OR any computer program that prints a 5-generation chart will be acceptable. The chart must fit on a regular 8 1/2 X 11 sheet of paper. These charts need to be clear for copying purposes. Print or type clearly, do not use pencil when filling out the charts, black ink pen works best or type. Don't be disappointed to find your entry is too light to see properly. WHAT IS THE SOCIETY DOING WITH THESE CHARTS? The charts will be compiled into a book and sold to a lot of different people.
