Obituary Mrs. Anna Engle, daughter of George and Elizabeth Croyl, was born near Akron, Indiana on April 12, 1865 and departed this life on January 8, 1930, aged 65 years, eight months and 26 days. On October 7, 1885 she was united in marriage with Rudolph Engle, who preceded her to the spiritual world on May 28, 1923. To this union ten children were born, five boys; Ivan L., Merl R., Odie A., Earl D. and Willis I. and five girls; Erma, Elsie, Goldie, Ina and Bernice. She will be missed in the home and community. She was a kind and loving mother and a sacrificing neighbor, always willing to help people in need. She leaves to mourn her departure ten children, a aged mother, one sister, one brother, twenty-one grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.
