I have added an additional 1,147 marriages to the Kosciusko County USGenWeb site covering the years from August, 1916 through September 1921. These marriages were transcribed from the LDS microfilms of Kosciusko County Marriage Books X, Y, Z and AA (film #s 1311140 and 1311141). This index to these marriage records was extracted from two pages of information for each marriage. The first page is the marriage application, which contains a great deal of genealogical information, including - for each spouse - birth date, birth location, current location, current occupation, parent's names, parent's birth location, if married before and how/when prior marriage was dissolved. The second page is the marriage license, noting when the license was issued and when the marriage took place. The LDS has microfilmed copies of the Kosciusko County Marriage Records from July, 1836 through September, 1921. The film number series starts at 1311128 and goes through 1311141. These films are another source of marriage information from Kosciusko County, in addition to requesting the records from the Kosciusko County Clerk's office.
