Dec 1837 in OH.) He married Lucy Hildebrand (b.abt 1846 OH) on 16 Apr. 1863 in Kosciusko Co., IN. Jeremiah's father was Isaac Adams (b. abt 1807 PA) and Fanny Unk (b. abt 1809 PA). Jeremiah and Lucy had a child, Uriah Adams (b. Sept 1863 IN) who married Emma Heisler (b. Oct 1868 IN daughter of George S. Heisler and Margaret Lindley) on 29 Jan 1888 in Kosciukso Co., IN. Uriah and Emma had a son Howard Alton Adams (b.20 Aug 1891 Frontier Co., NE; d. 7 Oct 1976 Ventura Co., CA) who married Margery Alice Disbrow (b. 2 Mar 1899 Seiling, Dewey Co., OK; d. 1 May 1987 Ventura Co., CA).
