Sorry, I don't know the price or where one could write for a copy. Maybe someone in Warsaw or Kos. Co. could purchase and send out for a small fee (like having copies made.) I live in Kentucky so I'm not close enough to take this one on. I just know it's the best map around and my research would be cripled with it.
