In the 1850 census for Kosciusko county, Hamilton township, there was a family headed by Abraham, 43, farmer born in Pa, and included Louisa, 42, Ohio, - Adam, 18, farmer, Ohio, - Malissa A, 16, Ohio, - Amanda R, 13, Ohio, - Mary, 10, NC, - Thos B, 7, Ind, - Martha, 3, Ind, - and John, 2/12, Ind. No family relationships are shown. Living next door is what may be the family of another son of Abraham and is headed by William H Sarber, 20, farmer, Ohio, and included Mary A, 19, could not make out the birth state but appears to be NY, and Christen, 2/12, Ind.
