Hi Brenda, If your Joseph does not appear in the WPA deaths, it is very likely that he, in fact, died outside of Kosciusko County. Only other explanation is that he got missed when the WPA did the indexing, but I would sooner believe that he died in another county. You might try ELKHART county since it is our neighboring county to the north. Milford is north of Warsaw, reasonably close to the county line, there oftentimes people were taken to the hospital in Elkhart County.
