This is yet another attempt to get my money refunded . I was "robbed" of $79.95 out of my checking account on March 1, 2003 for a subscription to U.S. Collections Records . I have been given a confirmation number (which is C4910462) and have been told that it has already left your offices .. but that you have 30 days to refund my money... that is a NOT FUNNY JOKE .. it sure took you less than 24 hours to DRAW it out of my bank account .. when I was sick with the flu and forgot to call to cancel the free trial status . You have wreaked total havoc on my life and cost me MUCH MORE THAN THE $80.00 .. I cannot even have a Visa Logo on my ATM/debit card and therefore will not even have an Internet Service provider after May 8th. I want nothing more to do with your companies(MyFamily,Inc and RootsWeb.com) and want my e-mail address removed from all your notification boards and newsletters and believe me I will be WARNING all my friends to not get mixed up with companies such as yours .
