I have just found out my great grandparent's marriage is listed in the Kosciusko County, IN Index to Marriage Records N-Z Book 1 Vol 2 1889-1920, Page 214. Their names are Charles Bert Neff and Susie Bell Stobaugh. Does anyone have access to this index? Or can you tell me where I can access it? I found this on Genealogy.com, but I don't have a membership. Susan/CA
