For what it's worth, I found the following on the county web site's 1870 census index BAER, David O. 335a 29 Franklin BAER, George 335a 28 Franklin BAER, John R. 335a 31 Franklin BAER, Samuel O. 335a 30 Franklin These names should appear as BARR instead. Someone sent a query the other day, and I found the family on Genealogy.com (see below). It was just a handriting problem, but perhaps we could get this corrected on our "local" index???
