    1. [INKOSCIU] Charles Wesley Warren
    2. Thomas Anderson
    3. This sounds like the family. I would suggest finding Charles and wife in the 1900 census as well as locating his death record and obituary which may list parents and surviving siblings if any. Info. below is from 1880 census index on familysearch.com Kos. Co. might have marriage applications for that time frame (1892)which should tell parents' names and perhaps birthplace of bride and groom. I don't know when those more detailed records started. I do not see Roland and Almira listed in the online marriage records, nor in the 1870 K. Co. census. Perhaps from Elkhart Co. or other surrounding Co. This may be the sister's marriage, also online. 2. Sorry, I don't know the price or where one could write for a copy. Maybe someone in Warsaw or Kos. Co. could purchase and send out for a small fee (like having copies made.) I live in Kentucky so I'm not close enough to take this one on. I just know it's the best map around and my research would be cripled with it. 1. [INKOSCIU] County Maps showing cemeteries
    2. Louis A Diehl
    3. I received a map that had originated from the county clerk's office, several years ago that dealt with the south east quarter of Kosciusko Co. I was visiting one of those long neglected sites that was being cleaned and mowed by a county community service work team. The crew leader gave me the map he had been given. I don't know if someone could provide specific names and addresses who could help those any with such interests. This map was very detailed by township and section, including the names, county road numbers. I found it very helpful in locating one of the more isolated cemeteries (Abbott-Redbush), in Jackson Twp. This very neglected cemetery was about right in middle of a twp section, away from any roads. Most of the readable monuments were of the Warstler families, with most of the deaths occurring in the mid 1800's. I know there is a map somewhere in the record books that has this information. It's just the question of who and where. Regards, Louis

If they aren't kin isn't it ironic that in that sparsely populated farm land (by the way, it is beautiful up there in Kosciusko Co.) you would have two Ellis families living near each other. My John F. was born in either NY or Ohio. Can't find him in 1850 but the 1860 census says NY and the 1870 says Ohio. I did see on a record where Ezra was born in PA but thought the NY Ellis family could have passed thru PA when he was born on their way to Ohio and Indiana. Guess not but maybe they are cousins? I'll just keep looking! Good luck to you! Lynn
