This afternoon while checking through some old newspaper articles/tidbits sent to me during the past several years of researching, I came across an interesting item from the North Vernon Sun of May 26, 1932 Quote ~~ Mrs. George E. AMICK and little son, George Jr., came from Washington, D.C., Saturday for an extended visit with her parents, W. S. WALKER and wife. Unquote ~~ Now in my ancestry there are several W. S. WALKER's and I know it cannot be my direct line of W. S. WALKER, Sr., and W. S. WALKER, Jr. ~ ~ BUT my W. S. WALKER Sr had a brother Thomas Burton WALKER who had a son W. S. WALKER. Does anyone know the given name of the above mentioned Mrs. George E. AMICK so that I might rest my mind a wee bit <grin> Thank you. Antoinette waughtel@oz.net
