I am trying to get the marriage application for ALBERT R. FOSTER and MARY SULLIVAN. I have contacted the county clerks office in Vernon, IN. and was told by one person that she would send me a copy of the application, which I had given her the book and page number that it was indexed in. I asked how much it was and was told it cost nothing to get the copy and she would send it out right away, that was over a month ago and I haven't received anything. I called again and was told by someone else, they did not do anything with genealogy or get copies of the applications. Does anyone have any suggestions how I can get a copy of the marriage application. Thank you for any help you can give me, it will be greatly appreciated and will help to stop me from pulling out my hair on this little problem. Thanks again, Carol Foster
