David, Maybe you can help me with the Powell side of your family. My grandmother was a Powell; Lee Agnes Cleone (Powell) Haag (1896-1958). Her father William Henry Powell (1852-1939) was married(1883 Jennings Co.) to Mattie Sage (1866-1900). I know little more about each than they are buried in New Hope Cemetery in Jackson county. I have pictures of both that I will share if there's a connection for you. I would also like to find out more about their heritage.
