According to Jerry Richmond, "Grove MM in Jennings co,IN was set off from Driftwood MM in 1861 and became an independant Monthly Meeting. It is believed to have lasted until about 1903. Unfortunately, according to Heiss, no records of Grove MM are known to have survived unless something has turned up fairly recently." Does anyone know of any recently discovered information on this Quaker monthly meeting? The names of the original members? The place it was located? Who owned the land/home where the meeting first met? Was land transferred to the church from a member? ---Anything at all might give clues that I could use for my COX and LETT families in Jennings county. Thanks, Sherri
