I am looking for any and all info pertaining to the community of Centerville, Jennings Co, IN. I am doing a research project for my father-in-law who lives in the only house in the community still standing. (to my knowledge, anyway). He is also the unofficial custodian of the Centerville Cemetery and we are trying to put together a history of the community and the people who lived there. The old cemetery is in the process of being transcribed but so many of the graves are gone. Does anyone know what happened to the church records from the original church? I believe it was a Methodist church. Does anyone have any info on the cemetery, the community, the church, and/or the people who lived there? Thanks! Alinda M. Miller
