>From a probate package I have some limited information on a Hugh & Charity McNew. I know that Charity died in Nebraska, Jennings Co, Indiana on 26 Jun 1871. Three children of Charity & Hugh were named; Lizzie, John and Malinda. Charity's maiden name is unclear - it might have been Spay or Speagh or something similar. Does anyone have any knowledge of this family? Marriage dates, cemetery, additional death dates etc? The probate gives extensive information on Charity's grandparents and their children - the John Harris family of Ottawa Co, Michigan and before that - Knox Co, Ohio. Thanks - Denise Crawford
