I did find a death notice for James W. Clarkson: James W. Clarkson, formerly a commissioner of this county, died at his home in Butlerville, Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock. He was 70 years of age. The funeral will be held Sunday. The deceased was a soldier of the civil war and was a highly respected citizen. From the N.
