    1. [INJENNIN] Ethel Miller, North Vernon
    2. Joe Folzenlogen
    3. I have been researching the family of Anthony Foltzenlogel and Francis Mueller who came to Jennings County in the early 1860s. I have recently received a copy of some correspondence from around 1950 by an Ethel Miller who lived on North Third Street in North Vernon. She is apparently the wife of a nephew of Francis Muller (Miller), and has some interesting things to say about the family history. Is anyone related to her or know anything about her? Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/Hi.2ADE/609.613.1.1.3.1.3.1 Message Board Post: I have found the information below from the marriage record book at the Jennings County Courthouse. 1872 03/07 Eliza J FARRAN (2nd marriage) m Joseph K Boyd (emigrated from VA or OH) Son born on 7/18/1874 in Scott County. Joseph K Boyd was born 5/5/1825. and then George Farran was my G-G-Grandfather born in 1826. He married Eliza Jane Chase on 12-21 or 28 of 1851. My records from the Jennings County Courthouse show that on 1858 05/10 George FERRAN married Almyra Elliott by J. Stonemets, p 556 of Courthouse records. What I don't know is if that is the same George Farran. I believe so but I've not been able to confirm it. I also have not been able to find a death date for my GGGrandfather George, nor where he has been buried. I'm still working on that. Eliza Jane did marry a 2nd time to Joseph J Boyd.

    1. Re: [INJENNIN] will or estate for Thomas Jones???
    2. Bonita Welch
    3. Donna, Thomas Jones is buried in the Edwards Cemetery in Jennings County. The information on his monument is: Died Nov 29, 1853 Aged 54 yrs 6 mos 28 days This old cemetery is on property once owned by Elijah M. Edwards. Elijah and Hannah are both buried there, too, as is their daughter Pheraby, and her husband Allen Short. When I visited this cemetery and read the monuments, there were only eleven stones that could be read. Several other stones are buried, and between 20-30 graves are marked with field stones. It has been about 10 years since I've been there, so I'm not sure what the condition is now.
