Jan, I too am researching the BEAN name. My g grandfather Jacob Riley Keller married Martha Jane Bean. I do not now where or when they did get married. Kate Keller Bourland I don't know if it is proper to post this here or not. I am trying to reach another Jackson Co. researcher "Suz" Linda S Dunham working on the Taylor and Bean families of Jackson County. The last time I was in contact with her was last summer.
