Here is an excerpt from a letter: "But looking thrumy WEDDLE file I have found some WALLEN'S in this line and this WEDDLE line was in Brown and Jackson Counties in Indiana at one point." "John WEDDLE (1739-1799) from Weisboden, Germany and Hawkins Co TN was married to Mary WALLING (no information on her)." "Three of John's children married WALLEN sisters: Elias WEDDLE Sr b. about 1772, m. Nancy WALLEN, in 1793. She was b. 31 May 1775, d. 21 Dec 1850. George WEDDLE b. 1783 m. ? WALLEN Daniel WEDDLE, b. 10 Feb 1782 m. Mary WALLEN. Thomas W. WEDDLE, b. 2 Feb 1776, d. 20 Aug 1838 in Brown Co IN, m. Rosannah WALLEN 10 May 1804 in Hawkins Co TN."
