It's 25 cents for a copy off the microfilm they have there and they always do it for you anyway. So I would send the request to them, they will be glad to get it for since you have all the info for it, along with the money and a self address stamped envelope for it. I have been a few times when I get to come home for a visit and when I have a lot of things I want, I just make a list and leave it along with payment for the copies and an evelope with postage to mail to me.
