Mrs. Donnelly was a registered nurse and had graduated from St. Joseph School of Nursing in Pittsburgh, Pa. She had been employed at Huntington Memorial Hospital for 19 years, including 10 years as director of nursing in the obstetrics department. She had also worked with Dr. R.B. Peare and Dr. Richard Gill at Family Practice Associates. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, the Rosary Sodality and Daughters of Isabella. She was born Oct. 6, 1922, in Uniontown, Pa., a daughter of Edward and Margaret Kelly McGarvey. Her first marriage was to Charles Freeborn, who died in 1948. Her second marriage was to William J. Donnelly Dec. 28, 1950, in Huntington; he died Sept. 14, 1998. Survivors include a son, William J. Donnelly Jr., Huntington; four daughters, Judie Swalick, Katy, Tex., Mary Lewis, Fort Wayne, Helen Donnelly, Mayfield Heights, Ohio, and Jeanne Voegler, Battle Creek, Mich.; a brother, James McGarvey, Battle Creek, Mich.; a sister, Frances G. Walsh, Butler, Pa..; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Ray and a sister who died in infancy. Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, with recitation of the rosary at 4 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Mary Catholic Church, with Father Gary Sigler officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Memorial gifts may be made to Huntington Catholic School or to St. Mary Catholic Church for Masses in Mrs. Donnelly's honor. Mrs. Felton was a homemaker and had worked at the Wolf & Dessauer Store and as a cook in the cafeteria at Lancaster Township School. She was a member of the Markle Church of Christ. She was born Feb. 20, 1918 in Covington, a daughter of Andrew Baker and Margie May Wolfe Thayer. She was a 1936 graduate of Rock Creek Township High School in Wells County. She married Howard J. Felton in Bluffton on Nov. 24, 1937. Her husband died Sept. 23, 1990. Survivors include two sons, Lawrence E. Felton, Huntington, and Roger D. Felton, Fort Wayne; three sisters, Alma Woodward and Betty Wilson, both of Markle, and Georgean Anderson, Alabama; 11 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, C. Eugene Felton and John R. Felton; and a sister, Lilly Cloutier. Calling will be held from noon until the 2 p.m. funeral service Thursday at the Myers Funeral Home, Huntington Chapel. Gerald O. Moreland will officiate at the service. Online condolences: www.myersfuneralhomes.com Helen P. Gearhart Helen Pauline Teusch Gearhart, 88, Marion, died at 8:10 p.m. Monday (June 20, 2005) at the Bradner Village Health Care Center, Marion. Mrs. Gearhart had been employed as a bookkeeper at the Marion School Employees Federal Credit Union, retiring in 1976. She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, Marion, and the Rosary Sodality. She was born June 18, 1917, in Huntington County, a daughter of Edward and Mary Young Teusch. She married Leonard Otto Gearhart Aug. 24, 1940; her husband died in 1976. Survivors include a son, Thomas K. Gearhart of Columbus, Ohio; two daughters, Jane E. Kestner of Poland, Ohio, and Susan K. Anderson of Marion; a sister, Audrey Thompson of Huntington; 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Wilbur Teusch, and two sisters, Isabelle Morris and Virginia Worthen. Calling is 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 Kem Rd., Marion. A vigil will be held at 7 p.m. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Paul Catholic Church, Marion, with Father Richard Weisenberger officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Huntington. Kacusis Katherine L. Kacusis, 80, Huntington, died at 5:41 p.m. Sunday (June 19, 2005) at Parkview Huntington Hospital. Mrs. Kacusis was retired from Memcor in Huntington, where she had worked for 30 years. She was a member of Good Shepherd Church. She was born Aug. 30, 1924, in Windsor, Ontario, a daughter of Marion and Orpha Holmes Collins. She married Earl U. Starks March 27, 1948; he died Oct. 22, 1977. She married Thomas Kacusis Dec. 5, 1987, in Huntington; he died July 5, 1994. Survivors include four daughters, Carol A. Carnes, Sue Davenriner, Sandra Drabenstot, and Earlene Swaim, all of Huntington; 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Two sisters are deceased. Calling is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at Deal-Rice & Van Gilder Funeral Home, Huntington Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Gardens of memory Cemetery, with Rev. Stan McCammon officiating. Memorial gifts may be made to Miller's Merry Manor or the Alzheimer's Association. Sister Bernardine Mabrey Sister Bernardine Mabrey, O.L.V.M., a resident of Victory Noll, died at 9:55 a.m. Monday (June 20, 2005) at Parkview Huntington Hospital. Arrangements are pending at McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home. M. Dean Cook M. Dean Cook, 77, Plymouth, died Saturday (June 18, 2005) at Miller's Merry Manor in Plymouth. Mr. Cook was retired from Farm Bureau Co-Op, where he was a field representative. He was a member of Moose Lodge 74 in Plymouth. He was a 1945 graduate of Jefferson Township High School. He was born Dec. 30, 1927, in Jefferson Township, Huntington County, to William Glenn "Bob" and Jennetta Riggs Cook. He married Melba I. Follis Sept. 7, 1946. His wife died Jan. 22, 1989. Survivors include a daughter, Patty Ritter, Plymouth; a son, Robert Cook; and seven grandchildren and two great-granddaughters. He was preceded in death by two daughters, Connie Cook and Penny Cook. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the New Oak Hill Cemetery, Plymouth. There will be no visitation. Preferred memorials are to Marshall County Hospice, 112 S.
