I am GUESSING that Ursula's mother, Amy Wright, may be the daughter of Ralph Wright and Ursula White. I'm currently trying to compile a list of Ralph & Ursula's offspring (12 total, of whom 9 lived to adulthood, according to a biographical sketch of their son Marshall Wright). Katie Bond's Website says that Amy Wright who married Aaron Bond is the daughter of Raford and Ursula Wright. I don't know where that information came from, and I'm just not finding a Raford Wright in IN. In the 1850 census there are only 3 households between Ralph Wright's (with 2nd wife Anna) and Aaron Bond's. Ursula Harriet's name is shown as "Ersley," by the way. Ralph's children Hannah Wright Moore and Lindsey E. Wright lived near him. I'm GUESSING - HOPING that Amy Wright Bond and Matilda Wright Hollowell, both of whom lived near him, are also his children. If you know the parents of Ursula Harriet's mother, I'd really like to know. If she turns out to be a daughter of Ralph Wright, you can go back 4 generations FAST: Ralph, Jr.; Ralph, Sr.; James, Jr.; and James, Sr. -- a beloved old Quaker travelling minister and "Father of the Colony" in Opequon, VA (Hopewell MM).
