Sheryl, Well have no fear, I have another collateral Tharp line that did come from what is now WV but was VA at that time. so maybe we can connect that way. My Tharp/Ruse Kelly family seemed to congregate in the multi-county area of Grant, Huntington, Blackford & Wells. Then over towards Adams/Jay Cos.,IN & Van Wert/Mercer/Darke Cos., OH.
