Is there anyone who lives in Huntington, IN that would be willing to check a death record at the Library. I found a Robert Gilbert who died in Huntington, Sept 22, 1890 age 22 - He might be the Robert who married Nettie Melchi in Van Wert, Ohio in 1886. For some reason the children ended up in the Orphange in Van Wert Co, Ohio. This could explain why they were put there. What I would like to know is if this Robert Gilbert was listed as being married . Hope someone can help. Also would anyone know if Joan Kefer is still in the Indiana Room. Thanks Sue
