Sutton was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, December 20, 1808, and was united in marriage to Lydia Huffman in 1832. To this union was born two sons, Curtis V. and Amos K., the former of whom preceded his father to the grave. The subject of this notice died at his residence, four miles north of Warren, Fev. 4, 1890, aged eighty-one years, one month and fifteen days. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. George Hubartt and the remains were interred in the Yankeetown cemetery.
