Wilmore and wife of John T. Overpack, was born Sept. 5 1858 in Jay co. Ind. Her parents moved to Huntington co. when she was two years old. She united with the M.E. church at the age of sixteen, and was married Dec. 24, 1881. Her children, three sons and one daughter, are left with a bereaved companion to meet the battles of life. She expressed her readiness to meet death, and even sang a small part of a hymn, only a few hours before she was called away, on the 17th of February, 1890, aged 31 years, 5 months and 12 days. Funeral services were held at the M.E. church, conducted by Rev. S.H. Swaim and interment was in the Mitchell cemetery.
