Elizabeth E. Moore, daughter of Geo. and Elizabeth Chopson, was born in Fayette county, Pennsylvania, December 18, 1827; deceased February 2, 1902, aged 74 years, 1 month and 21 days. She was married to Wm. A. Moore, March 9, 1853, with whom she lived happily nearly 50 years. To them were born three children, Edwin C., Franklin O. and Josephine, who, together with their aged father and a large circle of friends, mourn their loss. They do not mourn as those who have no hope, for with her "all is will." Very impressive and appropriate memorial services were held at the M.E. church, conducted by Revs. J.B. Alleman, J.E. Etter and Floyd. The burial was in Woodlawn cemetery.
