I am related through the William listed above. William Jr. married Mary Beauchamp in Huntington Co, IN and died in July 1862 from what the Indiana Herald newspaper described as "an apparently slight wound on the hand, inflicted while engaged in reaping wheat with a sickle." I would be interested in finding earlier family information from NC. Pat
