    2. Hi Deb, Indiana didn't start keeping any kind of records until 1880. I am originally from Huntington, Indiana. Now live in Bryant, Arkansas...been down here for about 23 years. Anyway, I know also there is a lady at the Huntington Co/Twp library in the geneology dept that keeps excellent records of Huntington Co and surrounding areas. Her first name is Jean and I sure can't think of her last name. Huntington is a very small town and the only library there. So if you write to the Huntington Co/Twp Library, Corner of Poplar & W. Market Streets, Huntington, Indiana 46750, Attn: Jean, Geneology Dept. That should get to her. I hope this helps...Janet
