War Vet in Abbeville District SC and died a pauper - we believe his family moved west. We find Pollard J and B Brown in Indiana in the 1850, 60, and 70 census stating they were born in SC and parents born in VA which matches Pollard (1763) lineage. We are desperately trying to locate the descendents of Pollard Brown - a memorial service for the Rev. War Vet is scheduled for 4/26/2003. My wife and I plan to visit Howard County in early April to continue the search. Descendents included John F. Nicholson and Frank Nicholson, Caleb Jackson.
