Yes you most certainly can joing the converstaion. Ibelieve that your Poff's may be in the same family as mine. Mone were also from Howard County. In my tree I don't show a Charles who married a Mary Browning. Do you know anything else on Charles? He would fit in with a couple of the brothers of my ggg grandfather, but I don't have any childrens names for them. Do you know his parents names? Nicolle <pre> If I may join this email, I have a Charles POFF, born OCT 1859, Married to a Mary P. BROWNING, born ca 1868, died 29JAN1942 They had a daughter Jemima POFF, born JUN 1891. Hi Nicolle, Thank you for letting me join in. The bad news is I have not followed out with the Poff family. I just happened to notice your email about Poff, and I thought maybe that information might help you out on a missing Poff. I do not have any more information on Charles. My Line is Browning. Just received your second email. No, Charles is not my direct line. I do not know his parents were. I have only been doing research on my Brownings for about three years. I am guilty of not persuing the daughters after they got married. I have since learned this was a mistake on my part, as the daughters are the ones who kept the family Bibles, pictures, etc. Joining in on this conversation just may inspire me to persue the Poff line now. Thank you for the information. I printed out both your emails and I will keep them with me during my research travels. If I find anything on Charles or his parents, I will be more than happy to share with you. Ken
