If you don't get any takers, the Kokomo-Howard County Library has an excellent service. You can email them your requests at http://www.kokomo.lib.in.us/genealogy/index.html#research There is a $10 research fee, but that can cover several obits and $0.20 per page copied. They respond very quickly.
