I am not sure where Frank died perhaps Tampa, Hillsborough, Florida (SSDI) but I understand he is buried in Kokomo. He was living in Bunker Hill, Miami, Ind. earlier. Fairmount News - Fairmount, Grant County, Indiana November 25, 1931 RELATIVE OF LOCAL WOMAN DIES IN AFRICA THURSDAY Word has been received here by Mrs. J. T. Moorman, east of town, that her nephew, Cecil Cagle, died last Thursday in Africa following an illness of black smallpox. The body was cremated immediately. Mr. Cagle, a former Kokomo man, had been stationed in Africa for last four years as a representative of a steamship line.
