Hi Daniel, No, the info I have is that Forest's parents are William Grant Cotner (1867-1934) and Susan (Annie) Chappell/Chapel. Forest's wife was Clara A. Brashear and its that line, rather than the Cotner line, that I am researching. So I have very little on the Cotners except this particular family. But I'd be happy to share what I have if you find they are in your family tree.
